BikeFest is on Saturday, September 27, 2025
Registered riders may pick up their registration packets at the start of the event or on Friday, September 26, 2025 between 3 & 5:00 pm at Trek Bicycle Chapel Hill, 243 S Elliott Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
We are offering two start options. We will have optional mass starts at 8:15AM for cyclists planning to ride either 62 or 100 miles and 8:30AM for riders planning to do the 35 or 45 mile routes. Alternatively, you may choose start your when the routes open at 7:30AM. The routes will be open at 7:30, which is still technically twilight, so bike lights are recommended. Once you have your wrist bands you are welcome to begin your ride when the routes are open. We wish to encourage riders to be on route as follows:

| 4:00PM | Rest stops close. Out of respect for the volunteers who have given their day to provide a safe and fun ride for all, riders who are still on the road to the New Sharon United Methodist Church rest stop (approximately 6 miles from the end) at 4pm will be asked to take the SAG to the finish. |
